In designing this poster I wanted to embody an energy and embrace a spontaneity that reflected Contempo Flux. In an effort to do so, I took to designing the poster on a photocopier instead of on the computer, a la punk flyers. Armed with an envelope full of cut out letters I laid the poster out on the glass top. I had little control over alignment and in fact it was in my forceful lifting of the copier lid that the letters flew around to produce the final poster. It was a happy mistake.
